Submit a photo of your child for each entry.
Email subject line: Cover Star Contest
Label digital photo file with child's name and age.
Click on link to open email and attach photo. SEND PHOTO
Step 2
 Online payment for entries. Enter child's name below. If you are entering more than one child press return and type next child's name and age. Each entry is $20.
Enter final total in box (Do not enter $ sign).
CLICK BUTTON Continue below to secure payment form. You will go to the secure online payment website to enter your payment information.
